Notarial records.
Protocolos: testamentos, dotaciones de matrimonios, traslados de propiedad, contratos, ajustes, etc. La mayor parte de estos registros se iniciaron en tiempos coloniales cuando la Capitanía General de Guatemala incluía Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador y Costa Rica. Los rollos están arreglados por cronología, pero dentro de algunos de los mismos hay desorden cronológico; la mayoría también indican nombres de notarios.
