Willimus Ellam (d.1709) married Ann Kirkbie in January 1658/1659 at Huddersfield, England. and they had nine children (two died as infants). He married twice again after Ann's death. Descendants and relatives (chiefly spelling the surname Elam, with some spellings of Ellom) lived in Yorkshire, Liverpool, London and elsewhere.

Includes Callum, Cruse, Denton, Gibson, Heslin, Kaye, Kendall, Kirkbie, Lloyd, Sykes and related families.
