Thomas Scott was living in Petsworth parish, Gloucester County, Virginia, in 1714. He and his wife, Anne Baytop, had three sons. They moved to Caroline County, Virginia, leaving their son, John, in Gloucester County. Thomas Scott was still living in 1778. Descendants lived in Virginia, Georgia, Alabama and elsewhere.

Includes the Stubbs, Collier, Eyre and other related families.
