Jacob N. Faust was pastor of a number of churches in Concord and Thomasville, North Carolina and in Chester, Bucks, and York Counties, Pennsylvania. In Chester County he served at East Vincent Township. In Bucks County he served at Richlandtown Springtown, and Springfield Township. In York County he served in the areas of present Codorus and North Codorus Townships and at Shrewsbury. He served St. Peter's, St. Paul's, and St. Jacob's Reformed Church in York County.
Contains baptisms, marriages (with license numbers), confirmations, funerals, 1898-ca.1916 in North Carolina and Bucks and Chester Counties, Pennsylvania, and ca.1916-1936 in York County, Pennsylvania.
