John Watts (ca. 1760-1828), a Revolutionary War soldier of Augusta County, Virginia, migrated to Kentucky by 1796 and settled in Clark County. He and his wife, Elizabeth, had twelve children, ca. 1791-1811. Descendants listed lived in Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and elsewhere.

Includes the Babcock, Hall, Heinemann, Jenkins, Molter, Scholl, Wilson and other related families.
