Monson was organized as a town in 1746; in 1770 Amherst annexed part of the town and Hollis annexed the remainder; in 1794 the part annexed to Amherst was given to Milford.
Contains surveyors records and tax lists. Also includes births, deaths, and marriages for residents of the town and those moving into the town.
