Reuben Casper Boner (b.ca.1720) emigrated in 1740 from Germany to Philadelphia, and settled in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Casper Boner (probably the same person) and family lived in Augusta County, Virginia in 1754. The surname was usually Bunner with subsequent generations. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and elsewhere.
