The death certificates for 1934 to ca. July 1937 are arranged alphabetically within each year. Beginning in ca. Aug. of 1937, the certificates are arranged chronologically with some certificates out of chronological order. Some years are filed in reverse chronological order (i.e. Dec. to Jan.).
In addition to the general index, volumes A-B are also individually indexed.
