Robert Allen was born in Armagh County, Ireland, about 1695. He married Deborah Montgomery in 1730. They had five children. The family immigrated to Virginia in 1736 and settled in Frederick County. He married (2) Sarah _______. They had one son. He died in 1769. Descendants listed lived in Virginia.
