The Peculiar Court of Banbury is a Peculiar of the Dean and Chapter of Lincoln. Its jurisdiction covers the following parishes and their hamlets: Banbury, Cropredy, Horley and Hornton (Oxford) and Kings Sutton (Northampton). The records of several other peculiar courts are also filed in the Banbury records.
