Church is located in Upper Tulpehocken Township about 1/4 mile from Strausstown.

Contains baptisms 1745-1863; deaths 1821-1837; communicants (and some confirmations) for Lutherans 1821-1830 and for Reformed 1830-1832, 1853-1855; survey of church land in 1810; church rules laid down at at the cornerstone laying in 1819.
