Notes

The Bellevue Congregational Church was founded in 1836 as Presbyterian church, but in 1846 it became a Congregational church. It joined St. Paul's United Church of Christ in 1973. St. Paul's had been St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed until 1961 but was usually known as St. Paul's Reformed Church.

Microfilm of original records now housed in the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center, Fremont Ohio.
