William Sandidge was born 7 October 1698 in New Kent County, Virginia. He married Ann Pulliam (b. 1702). They had five children. His will was probated in Spotsylvania Co., Virginia, in 1747. Descendants lived in Virginia, Kentucky and elsewhere.
Julius Clarkson was born in Albemarle Co., Virginia, 5 Nov. 1749. He married Elizabeth Sandidge in 1773. They had eleven children. He served as a soldier in the Revolutionary War. He died in 1830 in Bourbon Co., Kentucky. Descendants lived in Kentucky, Illinois, and elsewhere.
William McConnell was born in 1750, probably in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He married Roseannah Kennedy in 1768. They had eleven children. He served in the Revolutionary War as a private in the 3rd Battalion, Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania. He died 19 April 1823, Bourbon County, Kentucky. Descendants lived in Kentucky, Illinois and elsewhere.
Thomas Hughes, son of Ralph Hughes (1726-1808?), was born in Culpepper County, Virginia, in 1750. He married Lucy Tandy. He served as a lieutenant during the Revolutionary War. He died in 1826 in Kentucky. Descendants lived in Kentucky, Missouri, Illinois and elsewhere.
Henry Tandy was born in 1660, the son of Henry Tandy (d. ca. 1691) He married Priscilla Watson. They had four children and lived in King & Queen County, Virginia, where he owned land. He died in 1702. Descendants lived Virginia, Kentucky and elsewhere.
Includes the Shelton, Bledsoe, Quarles and other related families.
