Michael Prewitt (Pruitt) (ca. 1720/1722-1798) was born in Virginia and married Elizabeth Simpkins in 1742 or 1749 in Bedford Co., Virginia. In 1789 they moved to Shelby Co., Kentucky. Includes Cloud, Woodward and related families.
