This seems to have started as a monographic series with v. 1 but changes to a serial with v. 2. Vol. 1 cataloged separately as a book.

Vol. 3 is probably a reprint of v. 4 [i.e. v. 4 no. 3] (Spring 1987)-v. [4?] [i.e. v. 8 no. 2] (Winter 1990) with maps and miscellaneous articles.
