James Conaway (b.1698), son of Joseph and grandson of James, married Elizabeth Shipley in 1717, and immigrated in 1732 from England to Prince George County, Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, California and elsewhere. Includes some ancestry in England and Ireland.

Includes Dew, Fleming, Hardman, Inghram, Morris, Wells and related families.
