Contains parish records 1764-1780, which consisted of appointments of vestry officers, collections of levy, care of poor, and parish accounts. From 1780 to 1818, the records become the minutes and accounts of the the board of the overseers of the poor for Frederick County and the city of Winchester.

Includes an index which seems to be incomplete.

Microfilm of photostat copies at the Virginia State Library at Richmond, Virginia. The original records are in the Episcopal Theological Seminary Library near Alexandria, Virginia.
