Felix Wild (1762-1852) immigrated from Switzerland (via Amsterdam) to Philadelphia during the latter part of the Revolutionary War. Felix moved about 1791 to Burke County, North Carolina, and married Mary Anthony, later moving to Clay County, Kentucky. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas and related families.
