Thomas Pearsall (d.1642/1643) emigrated from England to Isle of Wight County, Virginia. Descendants lived throughout the United States. Includes much English ancestry. Vol. 3 includes autobiography of Clarence Eugene Pearsall, including life among the Indians while exploring for lumber possibilities in northern California and in Oregon, and later his trip through Central America (part of the way with John L. Stephens of Guatemalan archaeological fame).
