Periodical for the collection and interchange of family history and genealogical data about Lamoureux individuals and families within the United States. In particular, this periodical deals with the ancestry, descendants and relatives of André Lamoureux (b.ca.1660), the French Huguenot who emigrated with his family from France (via England) to New York City in 1700. He died after 1705. Descendants and relatives lived in New York, New England, Pennsylvania, Utah, Arizona and elsewhere. Includes a reprint from the first issue (1919) of this periodical, the reprint dealing with André Lamoureux, the immigrant ancestor, as written by Andrew Jackson Lamoureux (who spent his younger years setting up a hospital in Brazil and married a nurse from Wales while in Brazil). Lists some descendants who immigrated from New York to Ontario and elsewhere in Canada. Some of the Lamoureux family in Ontario became members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and immigrated to Utah, Arizona and elsewhere.

Includes L'Amoureux, Lamoreux, Lamoreaux and other variant spellings; one descendant in the fourth generation changed his surname to "La Moure.".

Includes Bostwick, Conklin, Covert, Cross, Morin, Orrell and related families.

Includes a snapshot of Josiah Morin, attached to the last leaf.

Frequency varies.

Text partly in French.

Union List of Serials shows as closed entry; issue no. 1 published in 1919.
