Rev. Roger Viets was the rector of Digby from 1786 until his death, Aug. 15, 1811. His son, Roger Moore Viets, was "assistant minister" at Trinity Church in Saint John, New Brunswick until he was elected to replace his father as rector of Digby in 1814. He served in that position until his death in 1839.

Records cover 1786-1845 with some gaps. The 1983 filming does not includes burials for 1842-1845.
