William Moseley (ca.1583/1610-1655) emigrated from Middleburg, Holland to Charles City County, Virginia, and married widow Susannah (Burnet) Blackmore in 1633/1634. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, North Carolina, New England, Florida and elsewhere.

"William Moseley lines on charts A, B, C, D [i.e., on charts 1176 and 1177]; Arthur Moseley lines on charts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 8 [i.e., on charts 1178-1182].".
