These records consist of the records of the First and Second Judicial District of the Territory of Utah and then the District Court for Utah County. Beginning in 1933 the dates overlap because there is more than one physical court.

The naturalization records are found in books until September of 1948.

Includes records for Millard, Juab and Green River Counties (now Emery) until May of 1886.

Includes index for each volume.
