Fiduciaries are people who hold monies in trust for other people, often in connection with a deceased person's estates.

Gives name of fiduciary; the name of decedent for whom he or she is representative; the name of the living person for whom guardian, curator, committee or trustee; penalty of bond; names of sureties; date of order conferring authority; date of order revocation; date of return of inventory and account sales; date of settlement by fiduciary; and state of account settled, with remarks. Information is not always complete.
