Benjamin Harrison White was born in about 1765 in Frederick County, Virginia. His parents were William White, Jr. and Nancy Ann Brittain. He married Nancy Ann Goodwin, daughter of Micajah Goodwin and Elizabeth Buford, 10 July 1787 in Amherst, Virginia. They had eleven children. Also includes the descendants of John White, Jr., who was born in 1775 in Amherst County, Virginia. He married Susannah Marcum, daughter of John Marcum and Susan, 29 July 1796. They had twelve children. Descendants and relatives of both families lived mainly in Virginia and West Virginia.
