Divorce records, 1907-1950

Manuscript/Manuscript on Film
Salt Lake City, Utah : Filmed by the Genealogical Society of Utah, 2001
on 9 microfilm reels ; 35 mm.

Microfilm of original records at the Marshall County Courthouse in Madill, Oklahoma.

These divorce packets were drawn from a larger collection of civil case files. For that reason, the numbers are not consecutive. In addition, the records from 1907-1912 were filmed in neither chronological nor numerical order. The rest of the records were filmed in numerical order and roughly chronological order.

These records are indexed in the general index to civil court cases from Marshall County.

Some documents damaged. Ink is faded or bled through in many places. Some records written in pencil or in colored ink.
