Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Catholic Church, North Baltimore, Ohio started in 1891 as a station of Bowling Green, Ohio. A church was completed in 1892. The church was called St. Augustine Church. Deshler, Hamler and Cygnet missions were later established. St. Augustine Church burned twice. A second church was built in 1930 and renamed the Church of the Miraculous Medal of Our Blessed Lady. Deshler and Hamler missions were subsequently incorporated into the St. Louis Catholic Church, Custer, Ohio parish while the Cygnet mission remains a station of North Baltimore.
