Sacred Heart Catholic Church was established in 1883. It was established by a petition from one hundred German families that resided on the east side of the Maumee River. In 1900, a fire destroyed their church. The parish began building a church that same year. To avoid a large debt the parish built the church slowly, over the course of several years. The new church was damaged by fire in 1975. The parish had to remodel and redecorate their church again.
Some volumes include index.
Some text in Latin and German.
