Henry Cline was born in 1782 in Virginia. He married Catherine Ramey 17 March 1816 in Shenandoah County, Virginia. They had ten children. He died in 1854 in Jefferson County, Iowa. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Kansas.

Includes Barr, Cresswell, Geesey, Lockard, Nutt and related families.
