Lists state, county, enumeration district number for 1920 and 1930, description of enumeration district, 1920 population and number of farms for each enumeration district, and estimated 1929 population and number of farms. The 1930 population count is also entered along the right hand side of the column describing the enumeration district.

Information recorded varies from state to state as not all columns were completed.

Not all enumeration districts are listed in numerical order. At the end of some counties is a page showing where the enumeration districts that are out of order can be found.
