Microfilm copy of handwritten record (39 p.) at the County Court House, Ballston Spa, New York. The actual numbering of the pages is very irregular with many errors. Handwritten numbering ends with 46 with one unnumbered page following. This page could be considered 47 when referred to in an index. Obviously, some of the record may be missing.
At head of first page: First census, 1815. Chas. E. Collins, Chateaugay. This record is not a transcript of an official census.
Title board reads: County of St. Lawrence, New York. Census records, 1815.
Includes some birth dates, date came to town, many death dates with places of burial, and number of deed or contract taken from the original land office record in possession of the H. L. Knowles Family in 1903.
