David McNeely was born about 1725 in Ireland. He married Rebecca in about 1757. They had three children and lived in Augusta County, Virginia. David died after1800 in Kentucky. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Kentucky, Texas and Oklahoma.

Includes Barnett, Culver, Greenhaw, Pittman, Wetherbee, Whisenant and related families.
