The naturalization papers granting U.S. citizenship were often called "Second papers". In 1906 the form was called Petition for naturalization, also, Petition and record.

Includes a general index as well as each volume being separately indexed. Each record has a volume number assigned by the microfilmer and a volume number in parenthesis (-) which is the volume number found in the general index.

Microfilm of original records now located at the State Historical Society of North Dakota in Bismarck.
