Nathaniel Davidson was born in 1781 in Comber, County Down, Ireland. He married Jane Donaldson (1781-1866) and in 1831 they immigrated to Canada with their ten children. They settled in Cobourg, Ontario. Nathaniel died there in 1866. Descendants and relatives lived in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Michigan, Georgia and elsewhere.

Includes Wiley, Eagleson, Murray, Conkey, Hawn, McKague and related families.
