Casper Smith (1784-1852) married Catherine Gompers, and the family emigrated about 1835 from Prussia in Germany to Pennsylvania. By family tradition, their third son had immigrated earlier and was never located. Includes descendants and relatives through 1966 in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Ohio and elsewhere.

Contents: chart no. 1. Descendants of Casper Smith and Catherine Gompers Smith -- chart no. 2. Family of Mary Ann Smith & Fred Fuller -- chart no. 3. Family of Sarah H. Smith & William H. Phillips -- chart no. 5. Family of Naomi Smith & Daniel McCoy -- chart no. 6. Descendants of Emanuel Smith & Mary Ann Painter Smith -- chart no. 7. Some of these Smith family charts are labeled as such with subtitles, and bear principal titles in the Congdon family chart sequence; there was no duplicate for one such chart. The full title and subtitle is: "Congdon family chart no. 2 = Smith family chart no. 5." For this reason, there is an author-title added entry between the two records.
