Notes
The columns from left to right are: surname, first given name, middle initial, county abbreviation, county name, death date (day, month, year), age at death, certificate number and year death was recorded which may not be the year of death. For each year the certificate numbers start over. Deaths are arranged by year, then by month and then alphabetically by county. These have certificate numbers in numerical order. Since the numbers repeat you must make sure of the year the death was recorded.
Arranged alphabetically by surnames.
