Court records from the time period of 1600 through 1664 have been divided into three categories, A, B, and C. A category includes areas of Vendsyssel, Thy, Mors og Salling, Fjends and Nørlyng districts. B category includes the rest of Viborg diocese and the entire Århus diocese. C category includes Ribe diocese.
