Notes

The forefather of this family was Henrik Jonsson (ca. 1650-1684), who was probably born in the city of Nyen or Nevanlinna (Ingermanland). He was married to Kristina Piper (b. ca. 1650), daughter of Henrik Piper (d. 1673), the mayor of Nyen, and Katarina Juhontytär Andeflycht from Viipuri, Viipuri Co., Finland in 1675. They had one son, Johan, b. 1684 in Nyen or Nevanlinna, died in Rauma, T-Pri, Finland. After Henrik Jonsson's death, Kristina married Erik Pietarinpoika Häll ca. 1685.
