Notarial registers from the First Notarial District of Valledupar, Cesar, Colombia. Valledupar was formerly part of the Department of Magdalena. Includes civil registration for the period 1861-1887. In general, before 1936 the notarial registers included civil registration. Includes indexes. The registers compiled prior to 1791 include documents notarized in the district of Valencia Jesús.
La ciudad de Valledupar pasó a ser capital del nuevo Dpto. del Cesar en 1967. Anteriormente fué capital del Dpto. del Magdalena.
Estos registros incluyen registración civil entre los años 1861-1887. Antes de 1936 los registros notariales en general incluyen registración civil. Los protocolos recopilados antes de 1791 incluyen instrumentos firmados en el distrito de Valencia Jesús. Incluyen índices.
