Digital capture of originals housed at the National Archives and Records Administration, Northeast Region, Waltham, Massachusetts.
Records include seamen's identification cards for the Port of Salem. Cards contain seaman's name, port, nationality, birth date, physical description, ship's name, signature and photo. Other records include crew lists, shipping articles and consignee's certificates of vessels for the ports of Salem and Beverly.
