註 : 此譜之卷一含2冊, 而缺卷6.
受姓祖 : 帝嚳之子,因封巫而昉其姓.
遠祖 : (唐) 巫暹,字羅俊,號定生. 任武康之節,莅治閩福汀郡.
宗祖(一世) : 巫大一郎,名恢先. 下有七子. 此譜主要為其第六子, 及其第七子二派之後世系資料.
二大派祖 : 巫仕敬,名念六郎 ; 巫仕猷,名念七郎.
始祖(3世) : (宋元之際) 巫禧,字忠立,念八郎. 仕敬公次子. 由寧化石壁遊興寧,開基羅岡.
禧公下房祖(5世) : (宋元之際) 巫景發,字運達,號二十二郎 ; 巫景成,字卓立 ; 巫景新 ; 巫景茂 ; 巫景松. 皆為回公之子.
字派 : 先緒源流遠 裔孫繼述長 詩書昭盛典 道德發文光 多士宏新業 英賢耀錦章 家聲崇學訓 能振兆聯芳.
散居地 : 廣東省興寧縣; 及江西省萬載縣等地.
