- Under Warranty: If a computer or printer fails during the warranty period, contact the manufacturer to arrange for the repair. When you call, have the make, model, and serial number ready to give to the agent.
- Not Under Warranty: If a computer or printer fails and is out of warranty, contact FamilySearch Support.
