Lexmark multi-function printers (for example X466de or MX511dhe) have 5-year warranties in North America and a 1-year warranty in Europe. The single function printers (for example E460, MS510) have a 1-year warranty. However, for the warranty to be in effect, you must register the printers with Lexmark. If a single function printer is outside the 1-year warranty and needs service, please contact FamilySearch Support. They can determine whether it is more cost effective to pay for service or to purchase a new printer to replace the damaged one.
