Overview of the Audit Projects Dashboard

I. OVERVIEW OF THE AUDIT PROJECTS DASHBOARD

The Audit Projects dashboard includes a list of all camera projects available for Image Quality or Folder Metadata review.

Open an internet browser, preferably Google Chrome, and go here.

By default, the dashboard will display projects in the language selected in the language filter.

1. Filtering Projects:

a) If you want to see projects in a different language, click on the language dropdown menu and select the desired language.

b) Similarly, you can filter projects by geographic area using the Area filter.

c) If your desired language or geographic area is not listed, it means there are no audits available for that selection.

d) You can also narrow down the results by adding a Project ID and clicking on the Search button.

2. Prioritizing Projects:

a) Projects are categorized into three priority levels: High, Medium, and Low.

b) Start with High priority projects, then move to Medium priority, and finally Low priority.

c) Click on each project title to access its details.

3. Reviewing Project Details:

a) Each project will display a list of digital folders.

b) For each folder, you'll see:

- Image Group Title (place and DGS number)

- Language of the records

- Number of images to audit and total number of images per folder

- Published Time (time elapsed since images were uploaded)

- Audit Actions (Image Audit and Metadata Audit)

4. Performing Audits:

a) After completing an audit task, it will be grayed out and no longer available.

b) You'll see an updated list of remaining tasks.

c) Start by performing the Image Quality Audit for each DGS, then complete the Metadata Audit, if instructed to do so for your assigned project.

Note: You will be trained in one or both types of quality audits. Please avoid auditing images, languages, or countries for which you have not yet been trained or assigned to audit. Disregarding these rules could lead to inconvenient disruptions and delays in the audit process and subsequent publication of the images.
