The register of births covers 1892-1893, 1901-1905 (some years are out of order). It gives date of return, childs name, sex, no. of child of this mother, if stillborn and cause, race, date and place of birth, fathers nationality, birthplace, age, mothers nationality, birthplace, age, mothers full name, maiden name, residence, fathers full name, occupation, name and address of medical attendant, name and address of person making certificate, and by whom returned. Information is not always complete.

The register of deaths covers 1892-1893, 1899, 1902, 1904-1905. It gives the date of report, name of the deceased, sex, race, age, occupation, date of death, marital status, nationality, birthplace, how long a resident in this state (years), place of death, cause of death, complication, duration of complication or disease, place of burial, date of burial, and name and residence of physician returning certificate. Information is not always complete.
