If you have worked on a batch, saved it to finish later, but can no longer access it, the cause is either that the batch has expired or that your computer had a problem with temporary data files called "cookies."
- If the batch has expired, download another one.
- If the batch has not expired, clear FamilySearch.org cookies:
- Go to https://familysearch.org/cookies.
- Click Yes.
- If clearing FamilySearch cookies did not solve the problem, try deleting all of the temporary files and cookies from your web browser. Before you do this, please search online for information about how to do this for your specific browser and device.
