As you index, you enter information into fields. The field labels usually match the labels on the original documents. The field helps provide instructions about how to index each specific field.
Steps
- Open a field help by clicking the purple question mark to the right of the field.
- To resize the field help, click the hash marks in the bottom right corner of the window. Then drag the corner to the size you prefer.
Some field helps link to an example. When you click the linked text, the example image opens in a new browser tab. Return to indexing by clicking X to close the window. Or click the browser tab with the indexing tool.
