If you receive the error "This site can’t be reached," here are things you can try.

  1. Go to another website to ensure that your internet connection works correctly.
  2. If you can get to another website, the FamilySearch website may be down. Try again later.
  3. If you can reach other sites but can never reach the FamilySearch website, please contact FamilySearch Support.
