Records, or images, that do not match the project should be marked as "No Extractable Data" and submitted.
In multiple image projects, index all records or images that are of the correct type before submitting the batch.
All No Extractable Data images are reviewed to determine: a) if they need to be combined with another image for a full record, b) if they need to be put into a different indexing project, or c) if they cannot be indexed.
