Enable this experiment by clicking the blue Try It button above. Once enabled, your future visits to the person change log will have a Merge Analysis button next to qualifying merges. The Merge Analysis button will only be available for merges that happened since August of 2016.

Merging is a complicated operation in FamilyTree. It affects names, dates, places, and relationships. We hope this new view will allow you to better understand the before and after state of a merge.
